Caught
up in a rollercoaster with nobody by my side,
just going along with the ride.
Watching as the day fades to night and my life
goes by. Never would’ve thought
I’d end up this way, never would’ve thought
I’d have to pay for every single mistake.
Now my worlds at stake and I'm left with heart
ache. Living life as a fake, picking up pieces of a heart that I didn’t mean to
break. Every step I take keeps
turning out to be the wrong move now I don’t know what to do. Drowning my
sorrows and regrets I’m putting all I got on this last bet. I got to take this
chance take this risk for its all I have damn I don’t want to ruin this.
Choosing my words carefully. Nervous on the inside, chill on the outside. Every
sentence I say sounds wrong. Your eyes looking at me, piercing through my skin.
